Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Electric Vehicle (EV) billing operations, primarily focused on the residential side. In this role, you will work closely with the EV team to resolve a backlog of billing issues and ensure accurate and timely billing for our EV customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of billing projects and issues, prioritizing and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, rates, and metering, to research, troubleshoot, and implement solutions for billing problems.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on project status and outcomes.
- Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including service providers and Client teams.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in automation tools like Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the electric utility or clean energy industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP software.
